Very minor bug fixes since Release Candidate 2.
It is highly likely that this will be the final release candidate of version 1.2.

- Fixed: Collection Object could still function after closed event
- Fixed: Services could still function after theoretically closed
- Fixed: UserManagementService.listUsers() method not available
- Fixed: setNamespace did not accept null or empty String prefix
